                        From the Long Island Expressway:

                                    Exit 70   South on Route 111 - toward Eastport- for 2 miles to
                                    Eastport-Manor Road-   exit to the right
                                    Continue 1/2 mile to the Shrine entrance on the right

                        From Sunrise Highway - Route 27 - eastbound

                                    Exit 61- from the exit ramp take the exit for Eastport
                                    Go left at the light on Eastport Manor Rd.   (toward Manorville)
                                    Go through the light (County Rd. 51) and continue on Eastport Manor Rd  2 miles to
                                    Shrine entrance on the left

                        From Sunrise Highway - Route 27 - westbound

                                    Exit 62 - Route 111 - Manorville
                                    At the light, go right (north-bound) on Rt. 111 for 1.5 miles
                                    Move to the left lane - watch for Eastport Manor Rd. exit on left
                                    Cross Rt. 111 (the south-bound lanes), at next intersection (Eastport Manor Rd)
                                    Go right 1/3 mile to  Shrine entrance on the left
